BIOS splash screen centered small

I have an I8000, and at the time Win98 installed. I soon discovered that the FDD bay latch was broken. I took apart my 8000 and repaired the latch. Turned it back on and the BIOS splash screen is centered small along w/ the Win98 splash screen.

I tried to flash to an older BIOS to no effect.

I used to support Dell laptops, I just forgot what I need to do to get the screen back to normal.
