Backlit Keyboard
I have a Dell Inspiron 15 Series 5000 laptop. All of a sudden the backlit keboard's light will not shut off automatically. I have it set to shut off after 5 seconds. What needs to be done to correct this problem. Thank you, Jim Hillcoat

Hi James,
Please update the BIOS and chipset drivers to the latest available drivers from the Dell website.
Was there any recent software update done on the system?
