Beeps when turning my laptop on

Hi,

I have a Dell Inspiron 13 i7347-10051sLV that I bought about a year ago. My screen has a crack after the computer fall on the floor from a table. It is working fine, but some weeks ago it started to make a very loudd beep when I turn it on. I read that this could be related to the frequency of beeps. In my case, there are 3 beeps separated in time until the computer is on. I wonder if this is related to the screen. Also, I tried to replace it at the microsoft store and they could not help me. Is there any way to replace my LCD? Right now I had to deactivate the touch screen and the touch pad. Thank you very much for your help. Juan.
