Thank you for your message.
Is the hard drive getting detected in BIOS? When the system boots to bios check if the hard drive is listed under Main – Fixed HDD.
Run a hardware diagnostic by following this link http://bit.ly/2fJuGXB
If the hard drive is not getting detected, try reseating the hard drive by following the manual here http://dell.to/2sORXJF (Page 27).
If the hard drive is faulty, you may consider replacing the drive.
