Blu Ray player missing after clean install

I have a Dell Inspiron N5050 with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. The Blu Ray player that came on it is from Nero. I needed to do a clean install on a new hard drive (I still have the old hard drive with everything on it) due to problems (Microsoft recommended doing it). Now I can't play Blu Ray disks on my computer. I've tried transferring the program from the old hard drive to the new one, but I can't get it to work right. I keep getting error messages and I can't resolve the last one: "This program requires the file advrcntr6.dll, which was not found on this system." Can anyone help me?

Hi,

Thank you for writing us!

Since this is a 3rd party software we would suggest you to re-install Nero and update the software and check.Kindly private message the service tag and email address.

Thanks

Robin
