Blue flickering light
Hello I was really wondering what is the the little blue symbol that flickers on and off right above my escape button it's never just on or just off its always flickering as of its a shortage in it is something wrong ? Is it supposed to do that ? And exactly what is that symbol for it's to the left side of the battery symbol *** please

In order:
Hard drive access light, battery charging, bluetooth, wifi, and WWAN (cell internet, if you have a PCS card installed).
