Blue screen Error - Inspirion 1564 labtop
I am getting the Blue screen at various times and not every day and the message states Bugcode USB Check. I ran the diagonstics at start up and the only error message that I get is OFOO.133C MSG Disk - No suitable disk media is present. What does this mean and how do i fix this? The computer is 2 years old and no longer under warranty. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The error simply means the CD/DVD drive couldn't be tested, since you didn't have a blank, writeable disc in it.
Can you get into the system in Safe Mode?
(F8 a few times before WIndows begins loading).
