Blue screen with Windows logo
Help not sure what to do everytime I try to re start my dell inspiron15 3000 series my
Laptop won't go past a blue screen with a window logo on it the only options it gives me
Is a button that says ease of access and the option of restarting/shutting down. Anything I can

You can use the diagnostic tool on your computer by tapping the F12 key while powering on the system.
1. Turn off computer
2. Power on computer, quickly tap F12 continuously, You should see the Diagnostic screen
