Bluetooth not working after upgrading to Windows 8.1
I have Dell Inspiron 15, 3521 which came with pre-installed Windows 8. I upgraded it to Windows 8.1 after which my Bluetooth stopped working. I have tried all the possible ways to make it work but nothing could make it work. Is there any solution available for this problem ?

I had this same problem and after hours of reading forum posts and articles, I did some research on my own and found the solution and fix for this problem.
I share that solution on my blog as I am not wanting to provide duplicate content on Google by posting the same information in too many places. I do feel it is important to get the word out however as this seems to be quite an ongoing issue and problem after the Windows 8.1 upgrade on many devices.
