Bluetooth not working for Inspiron 15 3521

i m having the same issue  with  my bluetooth  driver

i got  dell inspiron  3521 win7 64bit.. everything  works  except  bluetooth  i m really disappointed  from  Dell..dint  find  anything  in  the  dell  community..i  tried  2-3 mobiles  to  conect  to my laptop..they  cant  detect each  other..any help will be  appreciated

I uninstalled the drivers on the laptop and mobile device. I am not an expert. I verified my laptop and found that I was asking for assistance for the incorrect laptop name. Please review laptop name. I was told by Dell to start a new link for my laptop. When I did that I was able to get the correct driver for my computer and the laptop works with the Bluetooth.

I myself faced this problem but I have finally got Bluetooth to work. Just follow the following steps:

1. Open Device Manager (by searching it in control panel or otherwise).

2. Under 'Bluetooth' section, Uninstall "Dell Wireless 1703 Bluetooth Driver". Also check on uninstall windows 'Remove driver's software.

3. Now download the new drivers from this link: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails/Product/inspiron-15-3521?driverId=0WD12&osCode=W864&fileId=3196315933&languageCode=en&categoryId=NI

4. Install the drivers and restart your computer. ( If any previous Dell Wireless Installation exists just uninstall first from control panel).

Brother please help me out. I have been trying for many days to make my bluetooth work. It is asking me to turn the wireless switch. A  I don't have any bluetooth options in the windows mobility centre.

I have updated driver from Dell

support but still having same

proble. It goes in searching mode

and nothing further. Unable to

detect the laptop from bluetooth

device (phone). Can anyone help?

Guys I have it rectified by calling Dell support @ 18004250088, the executive had fixed prob with the help of remote access. I suggest to all, go with the option.
