Brand new Inspirion 700 series

Hi ,

I have bought brand new laptop from usa and within 6 months , t got it's major components failed

1. Hard disk failed

2. Mother borad failed

I would like to request for system replacement . To whom shall I reach ? I bought this laptop from DELL USA . I am based in India now .

Please advise.
