Brand new Inspiron 15 3000 Series touchpad not scrolling
Just purchased a new Inspiron 15 3000 series laptop and booted it up for the first time today. I am having difficulty figuring out the touchpad, specifically the scrolling. It worked initially during set up, but then once I had that done, I can no longer get it to scroll - at all. I have looked through all settings, and it seems like everything is right. The drivers are up to date as well.
What can I do?

Thank you for the reply Robin, but I don't see any solution in your link.
Under the section that pertains to touchpads, there is nothing about the scroll. And the section that does talk about scroll wheels is specifically for external USB/Wireless mice, nothing about the built-in touch pad.

Thank you for writing back .
Kindly un-install the driver and restart the system and then update the BIOS first and then install the touchpad drivers and check
