Brand new Inspiron 15 5000 series AMD A12. Screen turns white and freezes at times.
I have only had this for one week. The screen will turn white and freeze at times. Also, problem loading pages at times. A virus already?

Please run the on-board Dell diagnostics and capture any error message or code you might receive.
Does the system freezes while using any specific application?
Was there any recent software or hardware changes done?
