Brightness function is not working in Lenovo Inspiron 15 5547
Brightness function has stopped functioning suddenly. When I press the keyboard brightness key it doesn't responds. On the power options too, it is not working properly as screenshot is been given below. By the way I have installed graphic card drivers of both Intel and AMD, and OS is Windows 8.1 x64. Please help me! :(

Is the issue with Lenovo or Dell Inspiron 5547, kindly confirm as per posted in the subject line?
If the Inspiron,
Restart the system and press f2 to enter BIOS - check if the brightness works fine BIOS.
Update the BIOS and check if required.
Restart the system and check in safe mode.
Enable the built in admin account and check.
Also, please click my DELL-username and write me a private message with the service tag and your Name for case records.
