Can I upgrade? XPS 13 2015
I was wondering what I can upgrade in this laptop. It's the XP13 QUD 2015.

if I can grade ram, ssd or anything really!
Side note:
What is BIOS and how do I update it ?

you can upgrade the SSD.
BIOS is the brain (Basic Input/Output System). Go to the Dell support page, and enter your Service Tag.

The SSD is just about the only thing upgradeable in the system - the RAM is not upgradeable.
You'll need an M.2 (NGFF) SSD, not mSATA or 2.5".
