Can a EGpu be added to an Espirion 15-3552?

I purchased an external card slot and GPU to add to my laptop. Before I attempt to install it I would like to know if this is possible if not I will have to resell the GPU.

No, it isn't possible with this model - that requires a thunderbolt port your system does not have.

^ And even among systems with a Thunderbolt port, eGPU support can be tricky because some systems have outdated Thunderbolt firmware and aren't getting newer firmware provided by their vendors, which means eGPU support may not be reliable or available at all.  The other way to run an eGPU is with an M.2 ribbon cable, but that requires you to have a cable literally sticking out from the underside of your laptop, so it's definitely not ideal.  And of course it requires you to have an open M.2 slot inside your system.
