Can't Connect Devices via bluetooth in my inspiron 3420

I have installed windows 8 & i can't connect any phones via Bluetooth with my laptop..

I had typed "systeminfo" on "cmd" and it displays that Media Disconnected of Bluetooth pls tell me a option for correct this..

Please check this link which has the steps to connect the blue tooth device: http://dell.to/14GrQ2R

Check if the same blue tooth devices can be connected to other systems.

Check in the BIOS set up if wireless devices are enabled (Start system and press F2 on Dell logo screen to enter BIOS set up.

Press and Fn and F2 to turn On/Off wireless devices.

Install Bluetooth and Wireless drivers using this link: http://dell.to/141NqCX (select operating system)

If case the Functions keys are not working, install the Quick Set application from the above given link.
