It isn't uncommon for Dell to do maintenance on the support site over weekends -- what model system is it, and what OS and version (32- or 64-bit).?
What is the exact system model? What is the current OS installed on the system? What drivers are you trying to install on the system? If there is any issue with the system, then kindly post a detailed description of the issue and we could help.
