Cannot remove CD disc!! Please Help !!

Good Afternoon All, 

I have an Inspiron laptop PC that has a lide-in CD/DVD device(no external eject button) on the right side. My problem is that I gave the laptop to my daughter to use in college approx. 6 years ago and I am just getting it back from her now. It is running WIN 7 PRO(?? I think) and she does NOT remember her Windows login PASSWORD. So I am stuck at the WIN 7 start-up screen with NO password.

To make things WORSE, I slipped a Password Recovery CD (non-boot-up) into the slide-in CD/DVD device AND now I cannot even remove it at all. I need to remove that CD. Any help and assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you, in advance. Amorg9898
