Cant log onto

When I restarted my computer and it tried to boot up I received this error message windows failed to load because a critical system driver is missing or corrupt windows boot manager keeps popping up

Hi,

Welcome to the community

Try logging on to safe mode. Restart the computer, on Dell logo, keep tapping F8. Choose safe mode and see if it will logon. If yes, you can try system restore, choose a date where it was working then restart the computer.

If still no go in safe mode possible that you need to repair the Operating system using the disc. Let me know if you still need further assistance.

Not helping me I dont have disc because computer had to be repaired and they changed my operating system with their cd and computer won't play CDs for me

I tried it again with the cd repaired my computer action computer

Back running but I'm having trouble with windows updates

I see. I think you need to reinstall the Operating System. Try to back up files while you can still access it. Here is the link ;
