Hello idharris,

Welcome to the Dell Community Forum,

This post should be in the customer care board, but the number that you're posting is a case number which references your call. The number you should be using to check the status will be the dispatch number.It should start with 0513 etc...I was able to look it up and it's showing that it was setup on the 18th also looks like your part has shipped out also.You should get a call from a tech during the early part of next week. Hope that this helps.
