Change Boot Logo
Hello, I received a laptop(Dell Inspiron 3542) from my Govt. in Pakistan on merit in a University.
But when I turn on the laptop Govt. logo appears and I want to replace it with Dell logo.
Please tell me how can I change it safely?

Hi hamzanoman,
As the system has been designed for university from the Govt of Pakistan you may find the customization. Unfortunately you may not be able to remove it. However please update the BIOS on the system to check if it changes. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, then download the BIOS from BIOS section onto the system and install it.

I've updated BIOS to the latest version already but logo is not changed.

Hi hamzanoman,
The system has been designed specifically for Govt of Pakistan unfortunately you will not be able to change it.
