Change Laptop Screen
I purchased my Dell Inspiron 15r SE(7520) with screen resolution of 1366*768 because FHD(1920*1080) was not available.
Is it now possible to change the screen to Full HD if it costs some amount?

Dell does not offer LCD upgrade but it is as per your discretion in case you really wish to go ahead with it. Warranty per say, issues arising due to the upgrade will not be covered under warranty , however we will continue providing support for other issues and parts.
However, if you wish to upgrade, you may contact Spare Parts to explore the possibilities. If you are in US, you may contact Spare Parts at 1-800-372-3355.
