Charger damaged two times in a month

I am a resident of Jind, Haryana (India). I purchased my laptop from
Thiland having following information

Recently unfortunately my  laptop charger brusted on 24th Jan 2012 and
I made a complaint to the dell support and on 25th Jan 2012 I got
replaced charger in-liu of brunt charger. I was very happy to see the
dell support service and felt lucky that i purchased the dell laptop.

After a few days i again faced the charger problem. This time charger
was not brunt but stopped the  charging. I again made a complaint to
the dell support (customer care, india). This time customer care
person asked to mail the Invoice copy of my laptop. Un-fortunately I
misplaced my invoice copy somewhere. Sir, entry of every purched
laptop/ desktop are made on the dell site to prevent such losses and
hassle free system during the warranty period. I told the situation to
the customer care person on next day of complaint. This time customer
care person denied me to Replace the charger as well as giving further
warranty in india. He also told me that bring the invoice copy from
Thiland to get warranty in India. Then I requested to send me the
denial mail at my mail ID along with the reason. But the person told
me that sa I am saying that we will not give you further warranty in
India He also told that we will not send the denial mail and we will
also not replace the charger as you purchased the laptop from the
Thiland. Sir, when we purchased the laptop we got assurance for the
international on site warranty.  On this assurance we purchased thje
dell laptop. You are further requested to replace my charger and
authanticate the international on site warranty.Mailed or your kind
persual and consideration.
