Computer Hangs on Restart with the Belkin NIC (part # F5U250) and Dell E6410 Laptop

We have a Belkin Gigabit Ethernet Express Card, part # F5U250, and a Dell Latitude E6410 laptop with XP Professional. The drivers for the NIC were installed using the CD in the package. We also downloaded the drivers from the Belkin website.

Here is the problem. If we perform a Restart while the NIC card is inserted, the laptop hangs in the Windows XP screen when it restarts. We have seen the blue screen appear twice.

If we Restart without the Belkin NIC card, Restart works fine.

If we Restart without the Beklin NIC drivers, Restart works fine too.

Any ideas or solutions for this problem?
