Connect Laptop to Desktop harddrive
I would like to connect my Dell Studio XPS 13 to my Dell XPS 400 desktop. I have monitor issues and would like to utilize my laptop monitor to access my desktop until I can buy a new monitor.

It actually can be done more easily than that - just enable remote desktop connection to the desktop and run it that way.

I suppose I need a working monitor to access the desktop hard drive to enable the remote access, correct?
