Converting Mini display to VGA on XPS
I am looking at buying a new Dell XPS 15 L520x. I notice it does not have a VGA port which i currently use for my flat screen with my Inspiron. I believe there is a mini display port on the XPS and an adaptor can be used to convert it to VGA. Does anyone know if it would work on my AOC 21.5" flat screen monitor (AOC 2236Swa) .

I just ran into this problem with a new XPS 14Z I purchased for a user at work. I ran down to Best Buy and picked up the Apple Mini Display Port to VGA Adapter (MB572Z) for $29 store.apple.com/.../A and it works great.
There was also an off brand Rocketfish™ - Mini Display Port-to-VGA Adapter - RF-AP307 that I was going to select first, but figured for a few bucks more I would get the Apple.
