D630C Hangs after A09 Bios upgrade

Hi All

I have a D630C Latitude that I just upgraded to the A09 bios and now it just hangs in Post.

This bios was released Jan, 3 2009.

It is not difficult to enter the bios either, as most options results in shutdown.
It mostly stops and shuts down.

1 in 5 boots, I get this message:
Post Stop error, click F2 to enter bios.

It is set to defaults.

Any idea ?

My Laptop is out of warranty.
