D820 - Mouse pointer runs off screen

Hi,

I am having problems with the mouse pointer running off the screen, and then I loose control of the point for 10sec and even up to 60secs. This has happend in the past when laptop was in warranty, and the tech support asked me to delete some files, but I can't remeber which files.

Can anyone help?
