DELL COMPUTERS

DELL WILL SCREW EVERY CHANCE THEY GET . I HAVE A COMPUTER THAT HAS GAVE ME A CHARGER NOT CORRECT MESAGE SINCE IT WAS NEW WHEN I GOT TO LOOKING AT IT THE PLUG IS NOT ALL THERE . THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE ME SEND IT IN. I PAID FOR 24/7 IN HOME SERVICE AND THEY REFUSE TO HONER IT CLAMING IT IS ACCEDENTAL DAMAGE .
