Hi MandoesaM,
Please uninstall the Webcam software in the device manager, it is listed under ‘Imaging Devices’ and also from ‘Programs and Features’. Restart the system and install the Webcam Central software from the link given below:
http://ftp.us.dell.com/monitors/Dell_SX2210-Monitor_Webcam%20SW%20RC1.1_%20R230103.exe
Now check the image color as it is the Webcam central software should have a control to adjust the color level. If this is set to low, the image will be black and white.
