DELL LATITUDE E5500 HAS PROBLEM OF BLACKEN SCREENING

dear i have dell latitude e5500 which has a problem "when i touch it's screen or move the laptop, automatically it's light switches off  (fully blacken) and then i switch off it or plug in the charger then its light comes back,so plz tell me what should i do????
