DELL XPS 15 9560 Black Screen every few minutes

A few days ago all of a sudden the screen started to go black every few minutes (1-15), sometimes right in the middle of me typing something. BIOS/all drivers/Windows 10 are updated, rolled Windows back to when there were no issues, set power options to never turn off anything. No new events in event viewer. In order to bring screen back I need to press power button to sleep and then again to wake up. When it happens in Windows the screen remains backlit and I think everything else continues to work. It doesnt seem to be related to OS because it happens in BIOS screen as well, in this case screen goes pitch black, not backlit and I have to reboot. Fiddling with BIOS does nothing - switched off Touch Screen, S3, C states, etc, nothing works.
