DELL XPS13 Battery Not Charging
Hello,
I got myself the Dell XPS13 about 2 months back. I noticed that the battery does not charge beyond 91%. How do I fix this issue.
Let me know if anyone here has a clue.

Hi Dina,
Did you try draining the battery and recharging it again? Also let me know if the BIOS has been updated.

Hi Dina,
Reset the calibration of the battery by draining the battery all the way down to 0%.Remove the battery and reseat it and charge it again to check if it charges up to 100%.Also perform a BIOS update from the below link .Please key in the system service tag and the appropriate Operating system to download the BIOS. Kindly revert with the outcome.
