DELL-recommended repairman in central Florida
Recently purchased a DELL Inspiron 5548 laptop and accidently knocked it off stand. Result was power adapter and USB ports were damaged and need replacing. Trying to identify a DELL-recommended repairman in Melbourne, Florida area (central Florida) so I contact them for repairs. I know DELL has local people they use for warranty repairs. Can anyone help. DELL help lines are useless.

Dell does not have authorized repair shops - you will either need to have local shop make the repairs or contact Dell for a repair estimate:

Generally, repairs are handled in two tiers, this one likely requiring a mainboard replacement, so about $269.
