Data Redundancy Error when i connect my hard drive to another computer
Hey, Firstly i was having a dell latitude E6500. But due to some issues i can not access the old dead pc. But misfortune was that hard drive contains password. I knew the password but unable to access the hard drive on another of my laptop

The downside of a hard drive password is that the drive is then tied to the system in which the password is set. The only way you will get access to it is to reinstall it into the original system -- or ship the drive off to a data recovery service to have the password removed and the data retrieved (this will cost a minimum of about $600 -- possibly more if there's anything wrong with the drive).
