Dead on arrival M15x
Howdy,
I recently purchased a refurb M15x and it was dead on arrival. Kept getting hung during software install, asking for a MFGtools password and such. No way around it. I called customer support and after 1hr on the phone was told that a 'New' machine was going to be built and sent out to me. If anyone with replacement experience can give me a timeframe that i may expect the replacement?
I was ensured that since the unit is completely inoperable my 21 day return would begin with the arrival of the new unit.
Can anyone with experience verify? I understand that things happen, and i do want the machine so i can wait for a replacement.
