Dell 1420 Inspiron screen flickering
How do I solve this problem. It looks like the intensity of flickering is increasing after the laptop wakes up from sleep, and with time it is getting worse. I bought the laptop in Kenya, and brought it with me to Belgium. I am out of warranty period. I have read much about NDIVIA Chip and it's faults. Did DELL make a solution to this?

If it is the video chip that's faulty, it's covered by a 1-year warranty extension. You'll have to call Dell if it's less than a year out of warranty.
