Dell 5537 doesnt Sleep/wake, black screen after openeing lid, shutdown properly after updating to AMD Catalyst 15.7 or newer versions.

I really need help,

Whenever i update my drivers and catalyst to 15.7 or 15.10, the computer doesnt shutdown properly(completely), when i close the lid and then open it the screen stays black and the same thing happens when i wake the computer from sleep state.
Is there any possible way of making 15.7 or any newer version to work on my 15r?
please help.

P.s. my fps are also low in games as compared to computers having the same specs but gpus of nvidia.
