Dell 5547 not detecting recovery partition
i recently purchased inspiron 5547 and updated dell backup and recovery to latest version. Now its not detecting recovery partition. I want to restore my laptop to original factory settings. Is there any other way or a fix for my problem?

Hi megamind08,
The link between the Dell backup and recovery is corrupted so that is the reason you are not finding the integration. I would advise you to reinstall the Dell Backup and Recovery application on the system using the link below and check if you are able to see the recovery partition.

Tried re-installing after restart. Now m getting this error.

The link between the Dell backup and recovery is corrupted. You will not be able to perform factory reset on the system. Please private message us the system service tag so that I can check and assist you further.
