Dell 7350 Bios Update to A07 no onscreen Keyboard

Hi

The Dell 7350 windows 8.1 enterprise 64bit was built with our normal MDT server deploy. System tested Fine but did notice that the Screen would not rotate. and only Num pad showing when using bit locker to logon. Updated from Bios A03 to A05 and now have a full on screen keyboard to use with bit locker but still NO rotation control. Updated to A07 and now NO onscreen Keyboard to access BitLocker - and the charms from the right will only appear if you bring them in from the top right corner, and not from the side.

Is there a Fix for the onscreen keyboard when using bit locker and Bios A07
