Dell 7520 super-speed port not working as usb 3.0 port

When I tried connecting my phone with my laptop and the computer says something like this phone can work faster with super-speed 3.0 port. I think it was working fine until I install a new ssd to my laptop and  install new windows. 

I have done searching on the forums and try everything but those doesnt seem to be working.

please help
