Dell 7559 Power Adapter

So I Noticed my laptop has stopped charging,

"AC Adapter Can Not Be Recognized" I have the Dell 130w power supply plugged in and it refuses to charge

I have tried the dell fix it (take the adapter apart and back in) that has not worked, so i thought hey its the "Dell Power Management" that is stopping my laptop from charging.... WHY can I not disable it??

Dell own bad software is stopping my laptop from detecting its AC cable and the same software is "protecting my laptop" by stopping it from charging.

How do I get a new AC cable or how do I disable the Software?

The first thing to try is a new OEM Dell AC adapter.   Let's start with the question "is the system under warranty?"

If it is under warranty, was it purchased in the market where you're seeking support, or imported by you or a third party as a grey-market system?
