Dell 7567 - Users Please Check Your Touchpad

Hi everyone, I am a new Dell 7567 user from Turkey.

I bought this laptop with 10 forum user. We were all thinking of buying this computer. So, we talked to a computer supplier and offered if they discount for one time, we can buy 10 pieces. They offered and we bought. Nevermind, all of us have problem with touchpad but not only we have that problem, but also users which buy from other sellers.

There is a gap between touchpad and bottom case and swelling on the top case. After you look at the photos, you will understand better.

It is annoying because the problem does not end with that. When your finger on touchpad (not clicking, only putting on the touchpad), it is rattling. It is not clicking sound. After you watch the video, you will understand better: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T5P6Xq0AYvo&feature=youtu.be

There is no any complain about it in reviews and forums, so I thought it is only on the selled in Turkey ones. Please check and inform if it is happening on your computer too.

Was searching for this issue and came across your thread. I don't notice the swelling however my touchpad has the click issue similar to yours when lightly pressing. However mine is even louder than what yours is doing. It basically sounds like 2 clicks when I actually press down on the touchpad for me. I was able to get rid of the click by essentially forcefully applying pressure to the touchpad and slightly bending the lower left corner of it. So basically I purposely needed to bend the touchpad to get rid of the clicking. You could try getting a replacement but this seems like a common issue with this laptop.
