Dell Backup And Recovery Issue
I'm not sure if I put this in the right spot but im sure it will get moved if it isn't, anyway I have Dell Backup And Recovery 1.7.5 and I would like to create a system recovery so it will be bootable and when it gets to the part where you select the drive it is just infinite loading searching for the drive. I let it sit overnight to see if it would finally find my usb but it was still loading. Any help will be appreciated

Hi jbill24,
The Dell Backup and Recovery application seems to be corrupted. I would advise you to reinstall the Dell Backup and Recovery application on the system using the link below and check if you are able to create the system.

Hello Again,
So I re installed version 1.5 but I cant select bootable backup on the homepage and I also installed the latest version and I couldn't even find where you can make a bootable backup

Hi jbill24,
The latest version does not have Bootable backup tile on it. You will need to click on the Factory Recovery Media tile.
