Dell Cancelled my M15x order 4 times and counting

it all started a few weeks ago when i ordered my first m15x, it got cancelled a few days later. so i just ordered another one with the same specs. it also got cancelled a few days later. so i ordered again, and again. both got cancelled... so this time (the fifth time im ordering a M15x) i slightly changed a few specs of the laptop and ordered again. what is wrong with dell??? it seems like they are not taking my order because they might not be making the money they want from my configuration?!? why else will they cancel my order 4 times?? if anyone have  the same problem, please help. dell is getting very frustrating. : (
