I need to run a diagnostic but I keep getting this message: "There was a problem with your internet connection. Please try running the diagnostic again." I tried to contact Dell by email but it kept sending me back to the diagnostics page. Very Frustrating.

You can run a full diagnostic without needing a connection to the Internet -- press F12 a few times at powerup and boot to the Dell diagnostics.
We'll need the system model if you require further information (along wtih any errors that arise).
