Dell Dimension Won't booth after shut down
I have a Dell Dimension 8300 and when you shut it down or have to restart it, it won't boot. Goes to a flashing cursor. Have to repeately power down and up. Not sure what makes it go, but after many power down and up, it boots. Any one else seen this problem???

This problem is similar to the one described in my 12:28 p.m. post today, "Desktop Freezes at BIOS Screen".
