Dell E6230 Windows XP HSPA Issues

Hello, All,

I have a very strange issue regarding a Dell E6230 laptop with an HSPA card.

Basically, the HSPA on-board card refuses to connect to the GSM/3G network unless the on-board WiFi card is disabled in control panel. It is almost like XP cant handle both devices being active at the same time.

Has anyone else seen this issue or could offer any suggestions to fix this? It appears to happen only on XP - Windows 7 doesn't appear to have this issue.
