Dell E7440 Battery Issue
Has anyone experienced an issue whereby the laptop battery does not charge? However, it shows as being plugged in and charging. Device Manager shows no issues, and the Dell Diagnostics shows no errors. We have tried both on and off the docking station, and used different adaptors on different outlets. It would appear to be an issue on the laptop yet nothing is being detected as having issues.
Any ideas?

If the system does recognize the Dell adapter (F2 at powerup to check) but multiple adapters haven't worked, chances are overwhelming the battery is faulty.
